About DUAL Tools Initiative

DUAL Tools Initiative is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to placing innovative, accessible, and play-based learning tools directly into the hands that need them. Our focus is tactile, intuitive, and universal: tools that work for all ages, from early learners to adults losing vision, seniors maintaining tactile fluency, DeafBlind users, and anyone building or rebuilding sensory confidence.

We support tools that engage the brain through touch, exploration, and play—the kinds of tools that reduce barriers instead of reinforcing them, and that build independence, not dependency. These tools strengthen tactile discrimination, spatial reasoning, orientation, confidence, and long-term learning through hands-on interaction, not screens or simulations.

Our model is simple:
We raise funds, produce the tools, and place them where they will make an immediate impact—district itinerant TVI programs, residential schools, early-intervention services, rehabilitation programs, and underserved regions identified through educator networks and demonstrated need. Every $100 donation places one complete learning tool into someone’s real, daily life.

We believe in transparency and trust.
DUAL Tools Initiative is fully IRS-verified, publicly listed, and maintains open documentation of our mission, activities, and financial practices.
